Professor Azza Ezz Elarab is the former Dean of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine Ahram Canadian University, and the former Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University. She is the head of the Egyptian Board of Periodontology and the secretary of the scientific committee for faculty promotion in the ministry of higher education. She participated in many national and international conferences related to health promotion, quality assurance of higher education and in her specialized area, periodontics. She serves in the Editorial Boards of several scientific journals.
