Submission Guidelines

Abstract Requirements

We welcome proposals for presentations covering clinical research, case studies, literature reviews, treatment protocols, innovative techniques, and educational topics in all dental specialities

Submission Details

  • Language: English
  • Word Limit: Maximum 300 words
  • Title: Not to exceed 20 words
  • Format: Times New Roman/Arial, font size 12, full text justification, single line spacing
  • Submission Method: Online abstract submission portal only

Abstract Structure

Your abstract should include relevant sections based on presentation type:

For Research Presentations:

  • Background/Introduction
  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
  • Keywords (3-5 keywords)

For Case Reports / Clinical Presentations:

  • Introduction/Background
  • Case Description
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • Keywords (3-5 keywords)

For Review / Educational Lectures:

  • Background/Rationale
  • Objectives
  • Main Content Overview
  • Key Points/Conclusions
  • Keywords (3-5 keywords)

Note:

  • No figures, photos, or illustrations are allowed in the abstract.
  • Marketing materials are not allowed.
  • Interdisciplinary topics will take priority in acceptance.
  • Novality is mandatory

Presentation Formats

Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format (Oral or E-Poster). The final presentation type will be determined by the conference scientific committee based on the content and available slots

Oral Presentations

  • Duration: 15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
  • Format: PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Topics: Clinical research, case presentations, systematic reviews, treatment protocols, or educational lectures
  • Maximum 15-20 slides

E-Poster Presentations

  • Format: Single-page PDF
  • Size: 3840 pixels (Height) x 2160 pixels (Width)
  • Orientation: Vertical/Portrait
  • Maximum File Size: 10 MB
  • Submission Deadline: At least 15 days before the conference
  • Display: Digital screens during designated poster sessions

E-Poster Requirements:

  • Clear and visually engaging with balanced text and illustrations
  • Include poster number (upper left corner)
  • Presentation title
  • Author(s) name(s), institutional affiliation, and country
  • Structured sections (Introduction, Methods/Case Description, Results/Discussion, Conclusions)

Important Requirements

  • Co-author Consent: All co-authors must agree to the submission and presentation
  • Ethical Compliance: Clinical research and case reports must comply with ethical principles, evidence-based guide lines, patient privacy regulations, and local laws
  • Presenter Availability: Presenters must be available during their designated session time for discussion and questions

Review and Notification

All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee. Acceptance or non-acceptance notifications will be sent via email to the presenting author’s address provided in the online portal two weeks after the last call for abstracts.

  • Fit in the conference Themes.
  • Relevance to dental practice and education
  • Scientific quality and methodology (for research)
  • Clinical significance and applicability
  • Clarity of objectives and outcomes
  • Quality of content organization
  • Contribution to dental knowledge
  • Originality and innovation
  • Professional presentation quality

Submission Deadlines

  • Abstract Submission Deadline : 25th January 2026
  • E-Poster Final Submission : At least 15 days before April 2, 2026

  • Certificate of Participation/Presentation
  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Conference materials and proceedings
