Note:
No figures, photos, or illustrations are allowed in the abstract.
Marketing materials are not allowed.
Interdisciplinary topics will take priority in acceptance.
Novality is mandatory
Presentation Formats
Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format (Oral or E-Poster). The final presentation type will be determined by the conference scientific committee based on the content and available slots
Co-author Consent: All co-authors must agree to the submission and presentation
Ethical Compliance: Clinical research and case reports must comply with ethical principles, evidence-based guide lines, patient privacy regulations, and local laws
Presenter Availability: Presenters must be available during their designated session time for discussion and questions
Review and Notification
All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee. Acceptance or non-acceptance notifications will be sent via email to the presenting author’s address provided in the online portal two weeks after the last call for abstracts.
